Lego Team Building in Dubai

A challenge with Lego bricks

Spending an afternoon with our colleagues having as the main purpose to… play with Lego bricks? For us, it’s always a pleasure to organize a Lego Team Building in Dubai. This creative activity is capable of representing in space the company and its vision, mission and values!

We use 3 “C” to describe this creative team building activity: Creativity, Cooperation and Construction of relationships (and of Lego constructions).

The Goal of Lego Team Building in Dubai?

Purpose of this team building format is to highlight the importance of communication and teamwork in our everyday professional life and to create relationships between team’s members. Working in little groups and facing unusual, small but challenging trials: these are the elements from which we start our training. Just a few minutes and participants feel completely free to express themselves and share emotions and thoughts without filters.

So, after some cognitive exercises, we come to the moment of the day. Participants, divided into groups, find themselves literally covered by thousands of Lego bricks!

The first challenge they face is to identify a project that represents their Team. Now they can spend some time sketching, discussing, creating, reassembling and redesigning with great passion and energy. And we must admit: frequently participants’ work produces little masterpieces. Afterward, all the teams can join forces to represent in a big common construction their concept of the ideal office, company or corporation. This giant work, created by all the team together, can remain as a memory of the day and as a concrete, “living” image of the company’s Mission and Vision.

This format has thus an important educational component. Participants, moved into the imaginary Lego world, get to know each other better and build more proficient relationships. This unusual experience is a nice mean to escape the office routine.

Lego Team Building: what is it for?

The basic idea is that the ideas that travel in our heads can often be made concrete when supported by the actual construction of something: a sand castle, a cake, a Lego house or a company, a computer program or a poem… The product should be able to be shown, discussed, examined, probed and admired!

Sounds like an all too serious task? Don’t worry! Our formats, in addition to the training element (added according to the client’s needs and requirements) include lots of fun and relaxation.

Skills observed and developed through Lego Team Building:

  • Cooperation
  • Communication
  • Leadership
  • Roles and Responsabilities
  • Time and resources management
