Crazy Car Race Team Building in Dubai is one of our most dynamic and fun activities! This format can manage to align even the most unenthusiastic team. The competition is fierce and the fun is much, that’s why nobody can keep aside.
The great valor of this Action Team Building in Dubai is given from putting together different inspirations. In fact, this activity belongs in part to the genre of Engineering team building in the phase of designing the project, and in part to the genre of Creative Team Building in the phase of decorating.
In this activity, work is divided into several steps in which the team members work together, and each participant can utilize his/her individual talent in a part of the activity. Consequently, individual work and teamwork sum up to result in an effective Team Building experience.
To begin with, each team designs the structure plans the workflow and collects materials for building (recycle recycle recycle!). Sometimes, collecting the needed material for construction calls on new additional challenges. Following construction, it will be time to try out the Crazy Car on a special racing track.
Attention: the vehicles must not only be functional but they also need to be uniquely designed. The artistic/creative aspect is extremely important. Creativity and imagination make the challenge even more exciting! Given the limited available material to create the style and realize the design of the vehicle will be a task for real… minimalistic designers!
Please note that creativity is real: the cars are not dismantled to be assembled, but they must be created according to the teams’ capabilities and desires! The materials given to the teams are diverse (e.g. wood, metal cardboard, scotch tape…). Moreover, the tires originating from recovered material are also all different & diverse… Team members have to find four identical ones if that specific mini car operates on 4 wheels… Imagination is key!
If time and logistics permit, the Crazy Car Race Team Building in Dubai will be concluded with a real race between rival teams. Each team will delegate a brave ‘driver‘ who will guide the vehicle and a strong ‘pusher‘ who will push the car which obviously lacks a motor – unless the team manages to build one from wood! The two of them, who will be replaced by their teammates if the race is long enough, join forces to gain the first place in the competition.
