The arrangement is very simple: participants are equipped with paper and pen and can take advantage of the help of an expert musician. With these instruments they start creating the lyrics of their song, giving as much space as possible to creativity, imagination, and emotions. We can provide a track or use one already existing; anyway, the lyrics will be created by you.
The number of participants in the Corporate Song team building is unlimited. They will be divided into small or big groups, in a context that will enhance the sense of belonging and team spirit. We also offer the opportunity to involve famous artists. Just imagine: you will ask your favorite singer about the story of the creation of his most touching song… and replicate it by yourself!
Purpose of this team building format is to highlight the importance of communication and teamwork in our everyday professional life and to create relationships between team’s members.
Working in little groups and facing unusual, small but challenging trials are the elements from which we start our training. The first challenge they face is to identify a project that represents their Team. Then they can spend some time sketching, discussing, creating, reassembling and redesigning with great passion and energy. And we must admit: frequently participants’ work produces little masterpieces. And you? Can you create your corporate logo or a symbol for your company just using Lego bricks? Let’s try and see!
Turn ourselves for a day into directors and actors? With our Movie Making Team Building, it is possible! Here is an Incentive and Team Building activity that suits teams of any dimension, even up to very high numbers of participants. It can be done in outdoor spaces, for example in the city streets (in this case we talk of an Urban Movie Making) or in a beautiful natural environment. But the location can also be in the indoor spaces of a hotel or a resort.
Thanks to the advanced technology that we use, in the short time of half a day each Team can create a mini short movie by itself. Advertisement for a product, vision of the company’s future or testament of the visit to the city: the themes can be different. What is important is to divide tasks and to perform all the steps of the creative process as a Team!

The web is full of crime stories, from thefts and robberies to far more serious cases such as murders. The so-called “fresh news” of the day, however, rarely report the potential suspect of a crime just committed. Before being able to find the responsible person, the authorities must proceed with the investigation. After receiving a set of information, teams must solve the mystery.
Focus on details and cooperation are two of the main elements of the game! Every single detail has its own importance and may have a real impact on the final result of the investigation. Only by using all the materials, exploring all the evidence, and interviewing all the witnesses teams have a chance to reveal the truth.
Living the city in an original and creative way! That’s what we mean by Urban Game. It is by no means a simple “treasure hunt”. Instead, it is a day dedicated to the discovery of places, traditions, curiosities of our most beautiful cities – Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The participants of an Urban Game divide themselves into Teams and receive a set of enigmatic clues to follow. With the help of paper materials or of an iPad they reconstruct the path to follow to reach the final destination. And it’s not over yet! During the activity, they will have to face some creative challenges.
According to the results, the Teams will be evaluated by a panel of judges, and a winner will be proclaimed!
A LipDub is an original music video created on the notes of a famous song, usually the most recent summer hit. In this musical team building activity, we will be ourselves screenwriters, directors, and choreographers of the video. And we also have to sing to “dub” the voice!
This creative and musical activity brings a huge amount of fun. The best part of it is choosing and creating costumes and disguises. Makeup, colored wigs, original accessories: all of these contribute to making our LipDub the as funny as possible. Once participants get into action, they really loose any shyness and come out of their comfort zone. The scenes can become really exhilarating, and the joyful atmosphere will help them learn how to laugh at their own mistakes.
Tagliatelle, ravioli, gnocchi and even spaghetti alla chitarra. In the culinary team building Pasta Making, we will discover all the best of the Italian gastronomical traditions! Pasta Cooking will let participants discover all the secrets of homemade pasta. In fact, we will learn together which ingredients are necessary to prepare the traditional egg pasta. We’ll knead, roll and cut all kinds of pasta, and in the end… we’ll eat the product of our efforts! This 100% Italian culinary format will guide the team to discover the methods of the typical preparation of a dish that everyone loves to eat.
